The Pembroke College JCR Art Fund Collection are committed to safeguarding your privacy and personal information. This policy explains how we collect personal data and use that information. For example, your personal information may be collected if you sign up to our newsletter on the website or when you visit the gallery in person or contact us to arrange a tour booking, or contact us with a separate enquiry. 

 

This information applies to members of the public and artists represented in our collection. A notice addressing Pembroke College JCR Art Fund committee members and grant recipients can be found below.

Notify you (with your prior consent) of upcoming exhibitions and events at the Pembroke JCR Art   Gallery

·      Contact you regarding a booking for a tour or event 

·      As an artist in our collection we may contact you with a curatorial enquiry about your work

Email newsletters 

Pembroke College JCR Art Fund Collection may process information that you provide to ensure we continue to send you relevant notifications, updates on our activity and our regular newsletters. The legal basis for this processing is consent. We will retain your information in perpetuity. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing jcr.artfund@pmb.ox.ac.uk
