
David Tindle
David Tindle was associated early in his career with the Soho artists of the late 1940s and early 1950s. He has subsequently developed a meticulous pointilliste technique working in tempera to produce mainly still lifes, landscapes and interiors. He was elected as a Royal Academician in 1979 and then took on the role of Master at The Ruskin School of Fine Art & Drawing, Oxford, from 1985 to 1987. Tindle currently lives and works in Italy.
